The Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso has been all the rage. So much so, that I have had a hard time getting my hands on one. However, finally I did and it was delicious, but I still couldn’t get it on the regular, so I made a pretty darn good copycat recipe that I am going to share with you. The ingredients are pretty specific, but change it up if you can’t find the oatmilk or if you don’t feel like making the brown sugar simply syrup. The drink is fabulous and tastes just like the Starbucks version, plus you will save A LOT of money making it yourself. 😉

Notes
* I like the Pacific Foods Barista Series Oat Milk the best, but use your favorite oat milk.
For brown sugar simple syrup, place 1 cup brown sugar and one 1 cup water in a saucepan. Simmer on medium for several minutes until the mixture turns into a syrup.
