I love makeup, I am always buying new items and often find that once I get home I have multiple like products. This can be frustrating but I will say that it is so fun trying new items and trends out.
One trend I have been obsessed with is rimming the inner part of my eye with nude eyeliner. This really makes the eyes pop and isn’t as harsh as lining eyes with a white liner. After returning from one of my many makeup excursions I realized that I had three different nude liners and decided to share my thoughts with you.
They range in price from $3 – $20 and I have to say that I do have a favorite. The liners I am using are the
Jordana Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Continuous Almond,
Tarte Emphaseyes Inner Rim Brightener and
NYX Wonder Pencil in Light. As you can see from below the Tarte and NYX liners are thin while the Jordana is one of the larger pencils. They all have about the same color payoff, but I have to say that my favorite is the Jordana Eyeshadow Pencil. This liner is so smooth, creamy and this one has by far the best color payoff. The other two liners are both a bit hard and when lining the inner part of your eyes this can sometimes be painful – never a good thing.
Below is another look with the inner rim using a lighter eyeliner.
Hopefully you can try some of these nude liners and let me know what you think. Do you have a favorite liner for the inner parts of your eyes?
